In ART on Hixon St. STUDIO we believe that ART gives us the opportunity to support and stimulate soul development. By means of CREATIVITY — thinking and feeling work together in harmony. Through ART we can establish a new and deeper relationship to the surrounding world. In the realm of VISUAL ARTS, students of this discipline will sharpen their power of observation. In early stages, students will begin to develop the ability to communicate about their immediate environment and interests through visual images.
Patricia Carrasquilla created her studio, ART on Hixon Street to introduce the student to the world of COLOUR, TEXTURES, SHAPES and LIGHT. She encourages the students through classes and programmed events to explore their inner world and give them the tools to express themselves through painting, sculpture, drawing and photography in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
